If you have multiple meeting rooms at the same address you only pay for one ad. Your meeting rooms will still be shown as separate ads. This will save you money, while giving our users the possibility to find their perfect meeting room.

This gives you more qualified leads and a faster way to get your location rented out. We know from statistics that locations on top of our list views get more views and more leads.

5Referral fee

With our no cure – no pay plan you only pay a referral fee if you find your new tenant through us. This gives you the possibility to showcase your location for free until you find the tenant. If you find your tenant somewhere else, you do not pay a referral fee to us.

6One single invoice

We send you one single invoice in advance of your selected period of either monthly, semiannual or annual payment. This means that you will only get one invoice whether you have one or more locations. This saves you time on administration and makes it easier for you to find the right tenant for your location.

7Instagram campaigns

FAQs before signing up

What are your partnership condition and details?
We work on a No Cure No Pay basis, which means you do not pay us until our lead becomes your client. The full Terms & Conditions are there for you to scrutinize after choosing the preferred payment model. Go to www.matchoffice.sg/signup and click the green “terms of service” button right below the registration form.
What is your commission?
Our commission is 12.5%. Nonetheless, those are only the first 12 months of your cooperation with the tenant that the commission payment is applicable to. Furthermore, you can be listed in all categories (business centre, office, coworking, meeting room, and virtual office) and yet pay the commission only when our lead signs a deal with you.
What do you mean by saying “12.5 % of the payment made by the client for a limited period of 12 months”? What if the client rents my workspace on a monthly basis?
It means that we will be charging the 12.5% commission only during the first 12 months of your cooperation with the tenant. If a client prefers renting out your workspace on a monthly basis, we will be sending an invoice once every three months.
How are you different from sites like PeerSpace, Liquidspace, InstantOffices, AllOfficeCenters, etc.?
In fact, our business model is quite similar to other rental websites. However, we target both international and local markets, simultaneously featuring an international platform www.matchoffice.com and local websites in 19 countries, including Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, United Kingdom, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, and Ukraine.
What if the client contacted us directly? Or if this is a client that we’ve known for a long time?
We never charge our landlords for what is rightfully theirs. In this situation, you pay no commission, yet, we would politely request to send us a corresponding notification.
Do we have to sign an agreement?
Accepting our terms of service when signing up on our platform should suffice.
Once we sign-up, is it flexible to quit?
Of course! Terminating cooperation with us won’t take you anything else but a notice sent one day in advance of actual termination.
How many of our employees can operate our MatchOffice account?
All your locations will be registered under one account, making it easier for you to manage them. Therefore, any employee you share the login and password with is eligible to operate your MatchOffice account.
How and where do I create a listing?
After registering your profile, click the “Create new lease” button, highlighted in orange.
